THE NATIONAL ENSITOUR PROJECT
The objective we intend to pursue is the creation of a network of SOCIAL TOURISM OFFICES located throughout the Italian territory, parallel to the territorial distribution of the ENSI, as the ENSITOUR, as per the statutory provision, represents a sector of the National Body Italian sportsman.
The peripheral legal entity, owner of the Travel Office that will be created, as Territorial Committee, has the characteristics of a Social Promotion Association.
Benefits of a social tourism agency
- particularly advantageous conditions such as dedicated net quotas and higher average commissions than any newly opened agency;
- the possibility of taking advantage of agreements at a national level or activating them at a local level, with sector operators, banks, insurance companies and merchants, both single and in groups;
- the possibility of organizing cultural and/or sporting events of a local or regional nature suitable for activating tourist flows as well.
Group Educational are planned every year, in collaboration with the affiliated Tour Operators, aimed at getting to know their structures and consolidating relationships and exchanging information between the various offices. There are also convivial moments and thematic in-depth analysis, on the occasion of the dates on which the major trade fairs dedicated to the world of tourism are held.
Through this formula, less onerous than the establishment of a classic agency, it has been found the inclusion of young and old, in the varied and, in some ways, fascinating world of tourism, through the direct management of a Peripheral Committee in the respective areas of residence which operationally has the same characteristics, but not the same charges, as a Travel Agency.
STRUCTURE
To implement this project in detail, a pyramid structure was designed and created at various levels:
- National ENSITOUR
- Ensitour Regional Committees
- Ensitour Provincial Committees
- Ensitour Local Committees
ENSITOUR Nazionale is the brain and heart of the structure, this subject has the main task of coordinating the peripheral offices from an operational, didactic, training, advertising and promotional point of view.
In particular, it is responsible for:
a. authorize the opening throughout the national territory of new Regional, Provincial and Local Committees;
b. provide administrative assistance during the opening phase, the initial training of the heads of the Peripheral Committee as well as fiscal, accounting and tax assistance during the management of the Committee, through the use of specific management software;
c. assist the peripheral Committees in requests for the regional or provincial authorizations necessary to be able to operate as a Social Promotion Association, in the light of the legislation on the Third Sector;;
d. communicate, institutionally, the openings and/or changes relating to the Committees;
And. stipulate a single CCV policy valid for all Committees;
f. stipulate National agreements, extended to all the Committees;
g. promote and distribute the National ENSITOUR brand.
