---- 21/6/2020
On the occasion of 21 June 2020, International Yoga Day, YogaFestival organizes the largest yogic gathering in Italy, in digital mode.
The 2020 edition of YogaFestival adapts to the times and the 6th International Yoga Day - a celebration established in September 2014 by the United Nations - reaches you.
The common thread is more current than ever: "Reflections on Yoga: how yoga will help us imagine the future", because this 2020 Edition occurs in a historical moment that is impacting worldwide, imposing global rethinking and because it will propose a format different, not only for the methods of use linked to the anti-pandemic provisions, but for the contents and guests who, as in the YogaFestival style, will be innovative and engaging.
The appointment is Sunday 21 June, from 18.00, on the web: visible on yogafestival.it, on the YogaFestivalItalia FB page and on the YouTube channel.
"Yoga as you've never seen it" arrives in everyone's homes, always visible.
A non-stop of precious practice pills, meetings, readings, mantras and conversations with some of the most influential masters and teachers in the yoga world today, with actors and musicians to understand what Yoga really is, deepen its knowledge, meet its more interesting protagonists.
To introduce the guests, together with Giulia Borioli, President of YogaFestival, there will be Gianni de Berardinis, music expert and musician, column of Radio 2000 and Mario Raffaele Conti, journalist and writer.
Among the guests we point out: Antonio Nuzzo, Anna Inferrera, Roberto Milletti and Francesca Cassia, Piero Vivarelli, Selene Calloni Williams, Sergio Muniz and Morena Sundari Firpo, the actress Pujadevi, Svamini Hamsananda Ghiri vice president of the Italian Hindu Union, Kay Rush, Daniel Lumera, Simone Molteni, Nitya and Ninad, David Sye from London and Jai Uttal, among the most acclaimed interpreters of devotional songs.
Unless otherwise stated, children are always welcome, but please be aware that most of our events are aimed at an adult audience. Children must be supervised at all times.
Yes, we always provide a variety of seating for all ticketholders unless it’s a dance event or art show opening. One of our crew will always be on hand to assist you in finding a seat if you need one.
There is a wide choice of places to park, however most are not free so please do check before you come on the Southampton City Council website. We have no onsite parking.
Very. There is a bus stop a few doors up and the train station is about 7 minutes gentle walk away.
To our knowledge, none of our customers has had any bad experience, however we do recommend that if you are worried you stick to the roads rather than walk through the parks. The roads are well-lit and generally there are a lot of people about at night.
YES! Many of our customers come alone to events, it’s never a problem and you will be welcomed warmly.
