Welcome to THE RED FORT
Delhi's Red Fort boasts the title of UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It was built in 1639 by Emperor Shah Jahan.
Its greatest peculiarity is that it is built in red sandstone and this gives it a truly brilliant color that stands out on the horizon.
It is a very peaceful place and all the artistic and architectural works found inside bring together different styles including Indian, Persian and European.
Hence its peculiar shape.
